Protean Construction Products, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Minnesota on September 01, 1989. Protean was established to engage in the manufacturing and installation of architectural metal wall panels. The principal laminated products were 1" and 2" insulated and honeycomb exterior wall panels and sunscreens. The principal aluminum plate products were 1" and 2" thick exterior wall panels, curtainwall panels, and column covers.

Over the years Protean has focused primarily on the manufacturing of metal wall panels, sunscreens and column covers. Protean has also expanded our product line to include fabricated Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) as well as extruded sunscreens. Protean has been involved in several high profile private and public projects including corporations, hospitals, airports, universities, government buildings, and sporting arenas.

Protean has developed a full service staff including sales, technical support, drafting, product engineering, project management, and production to insure proper material selection and design, quality fabrication and prompt delivery.
