 200 Series Panel Systems Our 200 Series Panel Systems are designed and installed utilizing our "caulkless" system. While the system is not without sealants, all the sealant is concealed at the backside of the system, thus offering an alternative to an exposed sealant or gasketed panel joint system. The tongue and grove joint enables the panel to be installed both horizontally and vertically using concealed fasteners. In fact when installed in the horizontal position, the joint system creates a "rainscreen" type principle, with interlocking tongue and groove, which provides a natural method of shedding water, preventing the water from penetrating the exterior skin of the building. The exterior panel skins are formed on press brakes, ensuring crisp lines and offering greater dimensional flexibility, while the interior liner skins are generally roll-formed, increasing productivity. The skins and the cores are then laminated on a dead flat platen vacuum press table ensuring extreme flatness and greater strength. The final result is a panel with greater span capacity which virtually eliminates the phenomenon of "oil-canning" Finishes Available Coil Coated Products - Aluminum and Steel are available with a Kynar 500 finish carrying a standard twenty (20) year finish warranty available from the following manufacturers: Valspar, Akzo Nobel, BASF (Morton) Anodizing is also available in coil stock aluminum and in a batch anodizing process for sheet products and fabricated aluminum products. Our 100 Series panels are a fully-caulked (Wet Sealed) panel system, with ½" minimum joint, sealed with backer rod and sealant, which can be installed more economically than our 200 Series panel systems. The panel skins are formed on press brakes, ensuring crisp lines and offering greater dimensional flexibility. The skins and the cores are then laminated in a vacuum press ensuring extreme flatness and greater strength. The final result is a panel with greater span capacity which virtually eliminates the phenomenon of "oil-canning" Typically fabricated at a thickness of 1", these products are also available up to a thickness of 6". Although this system is design to be installed to the structure with mechanical fasteners as a fully-caulked system it can also be designed to install into a glazing system.

and versatility. All of the systems are available
in a variety of finishes, including 70 % Kynar 500
polyvinylidene (PVDF) spray applied paint or anodized.
These systems are also available in stainless steel.
